This 1 hour 3 minute video is an asana practice in the Y4C style, but it is slightly more vigorous than our standard Y4C practices in that it includes a few traditional sun salutations, downward facing dogs, and planks. So once you are feeling really confident with the other Y4C practices, give this one a try and bump up your strengthening a bit. You can do it! Remember you can always rest when you need to.
